Blu-rex is an online blu-ray trading portal. We accept any title of blu-ray disc games or movies. To start your membership you must send 1 blu-ray disc from your collection to use for exchange. If you wish not to send your disc you must pay deposit to us a total of RM150.
How does it work?
It’s easy, just click register and start filling up the form. Once finished, you’ll be sent an email to verify your email address and activation. Blu Rex support team will review your account details and process your membership once we receive your payment or exchange disc.
1. What is available slot shown at my profile page?
It shows the numbers of BD allowed to trade.
2. For every transaction, you will be charged RM30 perdisc and RM50 for two disc bundle. The charges will cover for shipping bothways.
Why am I restricted to only 2 Blu-ray disc trades per transaction?
Due to past member actions and abuses, we had to restrict all members to only 2 Blu-ray disc trades requests per transaction. Those abuses stemmed from members registering to use the community in order to extract all they could and not participate in the process of actual exchanging trades with others.
Why do I need to enter my IC and mobile phone number to be a verified Blu-rex member?
This is a security measure to prevent against fraudulent membership and spam. By entering your mobile phone number, we can also contact you regarding your Blu-rex account as well as notify you with the latest news. You may opt to not receive notification from Blu-rex via your mobile phone. But rest assured that your information is kept private ad confidential and will never be sold to anyone.
Is it legal?
Absolutely. We are only providing a venue for our members to be able to buy or swap used licensed media amongst themselves. Also Because you are only permitted to trade original versions of licensed media with registered members of blu-rex, you are not violating any laws.

Just noticed that I cant find my desired selection, will it be available soon?
Blu ray disc listed on our website are only available on “first come first serve basis” but we do provide notification through email when the Blu ray Discs will be available for renting.
What if the blu ray discs could not play or restricted to selected regions only?
The Blu-ray discs are region-free so they can be played on any Blu-ray disc Player and Playstation 3 console sold in Malaysia.
Who is responsible for postage and what are the costs for mailing?
The cost of shipping are included with the price of rental. Therefore, mailing for both ways are free for users and take note that users are responsible to ensure safe delivery to us upon returnning the blu-ray disc. Click here for shipping guide.
I sent out a trade but would like to have it returned to me. How do I go about doing this?
Yes, but you may have to wait until that member to return it to our posession for it to be available. We will then post to you afterward. In the event of your blu-ray disc missing in action, we'll substitute that blu-ray disc with a new one or something similar in value.
What happens if I don’t receive my trades because they got lost during shipping?
We use the service of PosDaftar and Pos Laju which means our package are insured and can be tracked. For every maling transactions, a tracking will be issued to both party so that we are safe from the unexpected.
What if I am not happy with your service, can I have my trades back?
Sorry,but once your trade has been sent out and verified as received by your fellow trader,that Blu-ray disc,is considered property of your intended recipient. The only way of obtaining it back would be to wait until,that certain trade is placed back to us. Your money back membership fees is only applicable within THREE months and will void afterwards.
What if the Blu-ray disc I receive is unplayable or fake?
Blu-rex distinguishes itself from other sites by offering a full guarantee against the receipt of Blu-ray discs that are unplayable or fake. Instances like this are rare on our site since members know that with our service you get what you receive and repeat offenders are simply suspended from our service.
I have yet to receive my trade?
If you do not receive your Blu-ray disc within 10 business days of a successful trade, you must contact blu-rex. I find your trades,to be quite expensive,why is that?
Sorry,but operating this type of community doesn't come cheap.We have to pay for hosting,bandwith if necessary,advertising,movie purchasing,site upkeep,etc...
To be honest,we really don’t turn any type of profit off the site,we operate it,because like yourselves,we too enjoy the love of movies and getting them for either cheap or free,its the best part of the experience.
Please note,while it would be nice to make some money off the service we provide,profit is the furthest thing in our minds,when we offer it to you.
